Tender Description:: Procurement of 1No. 500 Dual Desk

1. The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly has received its share of the Mineral Development Fund (MDF) and it intends to apply part of these towards eligible payments for the provision of Football Pitch, among others.
2. The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the following contracts to be procured as concisely described below:

Additional Information:: 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) (as Amended) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be inspected and purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Cedis (GH₵300.00). Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the Municipal Procurement Unit at the same address.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid Security of 2% of total bid price from a reputable financial institution. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before 7th December, 2021 at 12.00 Hrs. GMT, at which time they will be opened in the Conference Room in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. Tenders must be submitted with the following documents:
• MWRWH Certificate D3 K3
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labor certificate
• PPA Registration Certificate
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
