- The NURSING AND MIDWIFERY TRAINING COLLEGE, TWIFO PRASO intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement (FWA) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process of Food Items for Feeding Students.
The Procurement Entity is the sole Entity undertaking the Primary Procurement under the Framework Agreement(s) with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement.
The Procurement Entity now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for Mercantile, Domestic, Fish, and Meat products including estimated quantities over one (1) year term of the Framework Agreement(s). Items must be delivered at the beginning of each semester for two (2) semesters in the year.
Interested Tenderers should take notice of the following items and their quantities to be supplied
FROZEN HORSE MACKEREL 20+ (30KG)- 570 CARTONS
FROZEN CHICKEN THIGH 10KG- 1,020 CARTONS
CHICKEN SAUSAGE 10KG- 380 CARTONS
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Procurement Officer, Nursing and midwifery Training College, Twifo Praso, on 0243780665 and inspect the Tender document during office hours of 0900 to 1700 hours.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 am on 14th December, 2021. Electronic Tendering will not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 10 am on 14th December, 2021.
