- Tendering is open to all tenderers registered with the Public Procurement Authority and Ministry of Works and Housing and are classified into financial class D1/KI in the case of LOT 1 and LOT 2. Ministry of Roads and Highways and are classified into financial class A2/B2 or above for Lot 3.
Ministry of Works and Housing and are classified into financial class D3/K3 or above in the case of LOT 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. More information on eligibility is provided in the Tender Documents.
Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Coordinating Director, Hohoe Municipal Assembly, Hohoe and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set.
Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10.00 hours GMT on 16th December, 2021.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of One hundred and twenty (120) days after Tender opening. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 hours GMT on 16th December, 2021.
