2. The Afigya Kwabre North District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers/contractors for the execution of the projects indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, (Act 2003) as Amended and the Guidelines in the Public Procurement manual of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete Tender document in English may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵ 500.00) only, for a set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
4. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday, 17th December, 2021.Tenders shall be valid for 180 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security stated in the table above for the package.
5. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative, who choose to attend at the District Assembly Conference Hall of Afigya Kwabre North District at 10:00 hours GMT on Friday, 17th December, 2021.

c) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d) Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
e) VAT Certificate (where applicable)
f) PPA Registration Certificate /Evidence of Registration
g) Valid Labour Certificate (where applicable)
h) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3) (where applicable)
