Additional Information:
Bosomtwe District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible interested Contractors for the procurement of the below mentioned works contract. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as Amended of the Republic of Ghana.
Tenderers shall be required to provide the following:
 Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate as at the date of tender Opening,
 Valid SSNIT clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender Opening,
 Valid Labor Certificate,
 Valid Re- Registration Certificate with annual renewal receipt attached,
 Valid Ministry of water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3,K3 and above),
 Power of Attorney,
 Bid security not less 2% of the Tender Price and
 Evidence of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
A complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the Procurement Office-Kuntanase and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of GHC500.00 per documents at the BDA-Procurement Unit , between the hours of 8:30a.m to 5:00p.m on Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays. The completed sealed tenders must be delivered in the tender box at the BDA-Conference Hall on or before 11:00am, Thursday, 2nd December, 2021. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after the closing time of tender submission at the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend.
