Additional Information:: It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their Tenders the following
• Company Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3)
• Certificate of Registration from Public Procurement Authority
• Labour Certificate

A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a Non- Refundable Fee of GH₵200.00 per Document at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Procurement Unit, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday.

The completed sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender Box at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall on or before 10:00am, Wednesday, 8th December, 2021. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after the closing time of Tender submission at the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

A complete set of Tender Documents, in addition to two additional copies, sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below;
