Additional Information:: 4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond of 2%of the contract sum from a Reputable Insurance Firm /Company currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.

Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who wish to attend at the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on Friday 13TH December, 2021
