- Tendering Shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) process as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, as well as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased at the Municipal Procurement Unit for a non-refundable fee of GHS 250.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from same address below;
Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond of 2%of the contract sum from a Reputable Insurance Firm /Company currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who wish to attend at the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on Friday 13TH December, 2021
