- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 (2003) and as amended in the Public Procurement Amended Act 914 (2016) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
Tender Document in English may be inspected and purchased at the Procurement Unit, Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, 54 Independence Avenue, Near Liberation roundabout Ridge, Accra.
The method of payment of the Tender Document will be by Direct Transfer or payable into our Bank Account which will be provided upon request and the Pay-in-slip presented to the Accounts Office for an official receipt.
Tendering Documents would be on sale between 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs local time each working day from Monday January 4, 2022 till the respective closing Date and Times indicated above.
With each tender, Tenderers shall submit the respective Tender Security as stated in the Tender Document, in Ghana Cedis and in the form prescribed in the Tender Document.
