Tender Description:: The Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for Construction Of Proposed Community Based Health Planning And Services (Chps) Compound At Kojokrom
The tender security is 2% of the tender price and the duration for the project is 6 months. The validity of the tender is 60 days after tender opening.
Sale of Tender Documents will commence on Friday, 14th January, 2022 at 9:00am to 4:30pm each day.
Tender document can be submitted at the conference hall (Room 11) first floor of the assembly on or before 10:00 am on Monday, 31st January, 2022 on which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.

Additional Information:: d. In addition to the General requirement stated in the Tender Document, all Eligible Tenderers should provide the following:

i. Valid Registrar-General’s Department Certificate
ii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 and above)
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid TAX Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
