- 2. The Jomoro Municipal Assembly hereby invites sealed bids from eligible Ghanaian Firms.
3. Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents at the address below from Tuesday 11th February, 2022 from 8:30 am GMT to 5:00 pm GMT upon a payment of Non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) per each set of document.
4. Eligible bidders shall be required to provide the following documents;
a) Valid Ministry of works and Housing certificate of classification
b) Valid Internal Revenue Service Clearance Certificate
c) Valid SSNIT clearance Certificate
d) Valid Labour Certificate
e) Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
f) Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Certificate of registration
5. Completed Bidding Documents sealed in an envelope bearing project name shall be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am GMT on Thursday 24th February, 2022 .
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend
