6 Valid West Akim Municipal Certificate
7 Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate.
8 Valid Bid Security or Bank Guarantee
9 Other documents indicated in the data sheet
10. Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum. Tenders shall be valid
