Tender Description:
Bolgatanga Technical University (BTU) invites sealed Tenders from eligible professional Software Company and Suppliers for the execution of the project as indicated in the table below;

Supply of Student Furniture
Additional Information:
Amount of Tender Security : 2% of the cost of the Furniture

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. A set of Tender documents may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, upon payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated in the table above per Tender document at the Cash Office of Bolgatanga Technical University, Sumbrungu-Bolgatanga.
4. Interested Suppliers or Firms must meet the following criteria:

(i) Valid Business Certificates
(ii) Valid Ghana Revenue Certificates
(iii) Valid Vat Certificate
(iv) Valid SSNIT Certificate
(v) Evidence or valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
(vi) Tender Security
5. It is mandatory that Service Providers must show evidence of the under listed qualification criteria:
• The firm must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experiences in relevant field with design, development, and implementation of at least three (3) software projects in the academic fields.
• Qualification and experience of key management staff and Technical personnel proposed for the Contract
• Other resources and equipment that may be required to carry out the contract

• Experience in working with Government/International Development Agencies

• The firm should provide scope and duration of each of the activity and detailed project plan.

6. Tenders must be sealed and delivered to the address below and should be deposited in the TENDER BOX located in front of the Bolgatanga Technical University Registrar’s Office on or before 10:00am on Thursday 10th March, 2022.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount indicated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 a. m. of Thursday, March 10th, 2022.
