Vegetable Oil 20Lts - 270 Jerri Cans

LOT 3
Chocolim/Richoco or any approved equivalent 1kg - 160 Cartons
Margarine 10kg - 160 Buckets
Evaporated Milk 170g (Tea Creamer) - 800 Cartons

LOT 4
Beans - 264 Bags
Gari - 110 Bags

LOT 5
Groundnut - 110 Bags
Millet - 60 Bags

LOT 6
Maize - 360 Bags

Additional Information:: 1. Bidders are required to submit the following:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Tender Securing Declaration Form Signed
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.
Bidders are required to submit the following:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Tender Securing Declaration Form Signed
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
2. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.
3Sealed bids, bearing the address at Paragraph 8 of this advert should clearly indicate the Lot Number and deposited into the Tender Box located at the Office of the Procurement Officer of the College on or before 10:00am on 8th March, 2022. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
4.Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who may choose to attend at the College Auditorium at 10:00am on 8th March, 2022.
