Tender Description:: The University of Cape Coast intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of funds and internally generated funds for payment under the following contracts.
Lot 1: Supply of portable x-ray machine for DITS
Lot 2: Supply and installation of extensible oil switches and accessories for completion of high tension 11kv ring main system.
Lot 3: Supply of ICT equipment ( computers, ups, copea, projector, printers) for IOE
Lot 4: Supply of classroom tables and chairs for UBS and UJHS ( lot 1&2)
Lot 5: Supply of A4 sheets for CoDE
Lot 6: Supply of customized hard bag envelopes for CoDE
Lot 7: Supply of 4x4 station wagon for RO and DPDEN
Lot 8: Supply of 15/16 seater buses for DAPQA, AA, Welfare, CTPD
Lot 9: Supply patrol vehicles
Lot 10: Supply of mini truck for maintenance section
Lot 11: Supply of 2.0/1.8L saloon car for SJL and Adm

Additional Information:: All tenders must be accompanied by the following:
a. Valid business registration certificate
b. VAT certificate
c. Valid tax clearance certificate
d. Valid SSNIT clearance certificate
e. Manufacturer's Authorization ( where applicable)
f. PPA registration certificate.
Note: The validity period is 90 days after deadline for tender submission
