The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly has been allocated funds from the District Assembly Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT IV) and District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the under listed work:

- 2. The Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the construction of the above named project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Upper Denkyira East Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 200.00). The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Documents.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday 17th March, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2 % of the total Tender price stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the Conference Room of the Upper Denkyira East Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on Thursday 17th March, 2022.
