- 1. The Western Regional Coordinating Council intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payment for Works contracts whose requirements are indicated below.

- 2. Interested tenderers may obtain Tender Documents on the project as indicated and described in the above table on weekdays between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm at the address and location indicated below. Tenders will be evaluated and contract awarded accordingly.
3. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 663), as amended by Act 914 and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Chief Director of the Western Regional Coordinating Council, Sekondi and to inspect the tender documents at the same office from 9:00am to 5:00pm each day from Monday 21st March,2022.
5. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Ghc 500.00) for each document.
6. Completed Sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender box in the Conference Room of the address below on or before Thursday,14th April, 2022 at 10am.Tenders shall be valid for the period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:am on Thursday, 14th April, 2022 at 10:30am.
7. Late Tenders shall be rejected. All Tenders must be submitted with Tender security equivalent to 2% of the tender price, as indicated above, and to the address below
