- 1. The Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Assembly (AOBDA) intends to use part of its budgetary allocation from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and Internal Generated Fund (IGF) for eligible payment under the contract below:

- 2. The Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Assembly (AOBDA) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers with qualified tenderers for the supply of Goods.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from the office of the District Procurement Office, Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Assembly (AOBDA) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from the hours of 8.00hrs (am) and 17.00 hours (pm) GMT, Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested tenders at the address given below upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢1,000.00.
6. The Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents for GOODS:
I. Valid GRA clearance certificate
II. SSNIT Clearance Certificate valid at the time of bid submission
III. Valid VAT registration certificate
IV. Valid business registration certificate with up-to-date renewal receipt
V. Valid certificate of Incorporation with annual renewal receipt.
VI. PPA registration certificate
7. Tenders not accompanied by any of the above-mentioned documents shall be declared non-responsive. Late Bids shall be rejected.
8. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 1st April, 2022 at 10:00 am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.

9. Tenders shall be publicly opened immediately after bids closure in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Assembly at the Assembly Hall at 10:00 am on 1st April, 2022.
