- The Ahanta West Municipal Assembly of the Republic of Ghana intend to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover the cost of Infrastructural Development Works to cover eligible payment under the contract below:

- 2. The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Bidders for the supply of 1 No. 4 × 4 Pickup. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in Public Procurement Act 2003 Act 663 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (914) and in the guideline issued by Public Procurement Authority of Ghana.
3. A complete set of documents may be purchased at the Procurement Unit, AWMA, Agona - Nkwanta for a non-refundable fee of three hundred Ghana cedis (GH₡300.00). The method of payment will be cash. Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information from the address below, and inspect the tender documents from 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs GMT from Tuesday 22nd March, 2022.
4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the office of the Procurement Unit, AWMA on or before Thursday, 7th April 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT.
5. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenders shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents:
i. Company Registration Certificate
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up to Month of Tender Submission)
iii. Public Procurement Registration Certificate or Receipt
iv. Tender Security- 2%
v. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vi. Any other essential valid statutory document indicated in the Tender document.
Late submission of tenders would be rejected. Tenders would be opened at the same time at 11:00am at the AWMA Assembly Hall and in the presence of tenders or their representatives who choose to attend.
