Tender Description:: 1. The Enchi College of Education wishes to invite eligible and interested suppliers to tender for it’s goods for the 2022 fiscal year.

2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Areas to tender shall include:
a) Lot 1: Mercantile Food Products: Rice, Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Margarine, Tomato Paste, Ma Milk, Sardine, Cocoa Powder, Powdered Milk, Tea Bags, Cube
b) Lot 2: Local Produce: Maize, Beans, Pepper, Gari, Palm Oil, Ginger, Onion, Yam, Fresh Tomatoes
c) Lot 3: Frozen Fish
d) Lot 4: Lecture Hall Seats

Additional Information:: 4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at a non – refundable fee of TWO HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GH₵ 200.00) by interested eligible tenderers at the address stated below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily on normal working days from Tuesday, 29th March, 2022

5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety Days (90 days) after the deadline for Tender submission and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) of the tender amount and in the form of a Bank Guarantee/Insurance issued from a recognized bank or insurance company.

6. Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
c. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
d. Valid Business Registration Certificate
e. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
f. Valid Certificate of Commencement.
g. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

7. Completed Tender form(s) must be deposited in the tender box at the address below by Monday, 14th April, 2022 at 10:30 am. Tenders will be opened immediately after close of the Tenders in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to be present. Late Tenders will be rejected.
