Tender Description:: The Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its 2022 budgetary allocations to fund eligible payment for the supply of Hexagonal and Teachers’ Table and Chairs to some selected schools, in its pursuit to improve educational standards of its people in the municipality.
The Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly hereby invites Tenders from eligible registered Tenderers for procurement of the under-listed projects.

Lot 1:
Project Description: Supply and Delivery of 350 pieces Hexagonal Tables and Chairs
Location: Wassa Akropong
Bid Security: 2.5%
Funding: DACF/IGF
Lot 2:
Project Description: Supply and Delivery of 150 pieces Teachers’ Tables and Chairs
Location: Wassa Akropong
Bid Security: 2.5%
Funding: DACF/IGF
Lot 3:
Project Description: Procurement of 1No. 4×4 Double Cabin Pick-Up with Bucket Liner
Location: Wassa Akropong
Bid Security: 2.5%
Funding: DACF/IGF

Additional Information:: A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers from the Procurement Unit, P.O. Box 10, Wassa Akropong –Western Region at the normal working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȻ 300.00) to be paid at the Account Office starting from Thursday 14th April, 2022.

Bidders will be required to provide the following:
 Valid VAT Registration Certificate
 Valid Registration of Business Certificate
 Valid Certificate of Incorporation
 Valid Certificate to Commence Business
 Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Valid PPA Registration Certificate
Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a Tender Box at the Assembly Hall of the Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly, Wassa Akropong on or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday 2nd May, 2022. Tenders would be opened in Public in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
Closing of Tender: Monday 2nd May, 2022 before 10 a.m.
Opening of Tender: Monday 2nd May, 2022 at 10 a.m.
Tenders shall be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663, 2003 and 914, 2016 as Amended).
