Tender Description:: Lot 3: The Gomoa West District Assembly invite eligible Consultants to express their interest to organize medical screening exercise for food and drink vendors to ascertain their health status. Apart from the medical screening, food and drinks handlers are also to be educated and sensitized on personal hygiene. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills). Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specific in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 914, 2016 in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.

Additional Information:: Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following documents in support of their Tenders;

i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate
iv. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
v. Valid Certificate of Commencement.
vi. Valid PPA Certificate
2. Tenderers shall submit with each tender, a Bid Security of 2% of the tender in the form prescribed in the tender document.
3. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after opening.
