- 1. The Eligibility requirements include:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Commencement(if applicable)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Manufacturer Authorization
2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Three Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢3,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bid bond from reputable insurance company; or a dully signed Tender Securing Declaration Form
3. Completed sealed Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the office of the secretary to the College Principal on or before 26thApril, 2022 at 10:00am and shall be valid for twenty-one (21) days after tender opening. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend.
