Additional Information:: The Procurement Process will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 633) and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914).
A complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm and from 29TH April to 11TH May, 2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHȼ 300.00 for each category at the college’s account office.
Tenderers are required to submit the following as part of Tender.
a. A Valid Business Registration Certificates
b. A Valid Vat Registration Certificate
c. FORM ‘’A’’
d. A Valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
e. Public Procurement Authority Certificate or Proof of Registration
A sealed tender document must be deposited in a Tender Box at the College’s Account Office on or before 12:30am Wednesday 11TH May, 2022.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives on 11TH May, 2022 at 12:30am at the institutions Coffee Room
