- Additional Information:
- 1. The College of Education-Enchi invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors for the execution of the above works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, as (Amended) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Enchi College of Education, Procurement Office and inspect the Tender documents from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m at Enchi from Friday, 22nd April, 2022.
3. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fee of Four hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵ 400.00) at the Finance Unit of the College of Education-Enchi.
4. Tenders must be accompanied by the following important documents: a. Business Registration Certificate; b. Valid MWR/WH Certificate (D3/K3); c. Valid Tax Clearance; d. Valid SSNIT Certificate; e. Evidence of PPA Certificate; f. other documents as indicated in the Tender Data Sheet.
5. Sealed Tenders Marked with respective ‘Project Description and Location’ shall be deposited in the ‘Tender Box’ at the College’s Conference Room on or before 10:00 a.m on Tuesday, 10th May, 2022 and Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of the Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Price. Late Tenders will not be accepted. A complete set of Tender documents should be addressed to:
