Tender Description:: 1. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College-Asankrangwa intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds for the payments under contract(s) for the Supply of Perishable, Non Perishable food items, Frozen Food Items and Provisions.

Lot 1
DESCRIPTION: Non-Perishable Food Items

QUANTITY: Various
SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY: 80% of the goods in two weeks after award, and the rest 20% As and when the needs arise within the Semester.

Lot 2

Additional Information:: 2. Nursing and Midwifery Training College Asankrangwa, now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the contract. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
3. A complete set of tender document, in English may be purchased by interested tenderers from the address below in the hours of 8:00am to 4:30 pm and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 200.00) each only from 19th April to 12th May 2022.

4. The completed tender document must include the following;
a). Business Registration Certificate
b). Valid Tax Clearance Certification
c). VAT Registration Certificate
d). Tender Security of 2% of total tender price in the form of Insurance Bond
e.) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
f.) Evidence of PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
g.) Submission of samples

6. Tender must be delivered to the address above on or before Thursday 12th May 2022, at 10.00am. Late bids will be rejected. Tender shall be valid for a period of Ninety days (90).
