Additional Information:: All Tenderers, must mandatorily register onto the Ghana Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Database on www.ppaghana.org and submit evidence of registration with the tender submission in addition to the following documents as part of Tenderers response to this invitation:

1. Company’s Registration Certificate
2. Current Valid IRS Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Current Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
5. Food and Drugs Board Certificate
6. Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate (Medicines)
7. A tender security of 2% of the total tender price
8. Any relevant document

DELIVERY PERIOD : Within 21 Days from date of Award Notification

The hospital want to take this opportunity to invite eligible suppliers, contractors and service providers who are interested in doing business with the hospital to also apply for consideration in compilation of the hospital’s suppliers’ database for the 2022 financial year. Suppliers who have already registered with the hospital are also reminded to renew their registration for 2022. Registration is free of charge.
