Additional Information:: Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender documents at the Procurement Unit of the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa from 08:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Wednesday 9th February, 2022 and also for site visitation for the works

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address one (1) below and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GHC200.00), to the following Bank Account details;

Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 a.m. Wednesday 23rd February, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days for goods and 120 days for works after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender price.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Council Chamber of the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa on Wednesday 23rd February, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late Tenders will be rejected.
