LOT 9 Construction of 1No. 16-Seater W/C Toilet and 4 bathrooms

Additional Information:: Bidders would be required to produce the following:

1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate.
2. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate.
3. Valid Labour Certificate.
4. Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate.
5. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration.
6. Bid Security of 2% of the tender figure and valid for 148 days after tender closing date.
7. Valid SSNIT Certificate.
8. Etc.

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Office of the District Chief Executive of the Birim North District Assembly (Conference Hall) at New Abirem in the Eastern Region on or before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 23rd May, 2022. Tenders would be opened in public on the same day, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
