- A.Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant valid documents:
1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificate(s)
2. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
3. Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate(s)
4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Labour Clearance Certificate
6. Any other requirement(s) specified in the Tender Document.
B. Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵2,000.00) in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company.
C. Sealed Tenders shall be delivered to The Chairperson, Entity Tender Committee, Pru East District Assembly - Yeji on or before 27th June, 2022 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tender shall be valid for 90 days after its submission.
