- 1. Tenderers are required to provide the following information:
• CURRENT TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
• SSNIT CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
• VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
• BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
• PPA REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
2. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Tender Price. Late Tenders will be rejected
3. 4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application letter to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 200.00) only for each Lot. The method of payment will be by cash at the Kumasi Technical University cash office.
