- Additional Information:
- 1. The management and entity tender committee (ETC) of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital intend to apply sponsorship funds to fund eligible payments under the contract for expansion works at psychiatry and oral health building.
2. Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements which shall be used as a criteria for preliminary selection:
a. Tender signed
b. Comply registration certificate (with current renewal receipt) and object clause authorizing the firm to engage in such works.
c. Ministry of works and housing classifications certificate with minimum classification of D2/K2
d. Valid tax clearance certificate (valid up to May, 2022)
e. Valid SSNIT contribution certificate (valid up to May 2022)
f. Valid labour certificate
g. Valid PPA Supplier/Contractor registration certificate
3. Tenderers shall be required to submit tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender.
4. Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the procurement unit, KATH from 8:00am to 4:30 pm
5. Tenders shall be valid for 180 days after the tender opening
