- The SABOBA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers (D3, K3 and above) for the Construction of the following projects as per the requirements indicated in below:
Construction of 1No. 5-Unit Accommodation Block for Security Personnel at Saboba

- All Tenders must be accompanied by the following Particulars;
i) Company Business Registration Certificate
ii) Certificate to Commence Business/Business Registration Certificate
iii) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3 and above)
iv) Valid Labour Certificate
v) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
vi) Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
vii) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Completion period : 4months
3. Tender security : GHS 3,000
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
