Tender Name:: Construction and furnishing 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with ancillary at Gimam

Tender Description:: The Nanumba South District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations of the District Assemblies Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF- RFG) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the work below;

Construction and furnishing 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with ancillary at Gimam

Additional Information:: 1. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Business Registration Certificate
b. Valid IRS Income Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3)
f. Valid PPA Registration certificate
2. . Tenders shall be for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of GH₵ 4,000. Late Tenders will be rejected.
3. Any tender document not accompanied by any of the above will be declared non-responsive. Tenderers must submit 2 photocopies in addition to 1 ORIGINAL COPY, each containing all relevant documents and bound neatly together.
4. Tender shall remain valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender Securities in the form of a Certified Bank Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and acceptable to Nanumba South District Assembly of a minimum of two (2%) of tender the price.
