- 1. The Tano North Municipal Assembly intends to use part of its District Assembly Common Fund-Response Factor Grant (DACF-RFG V) budgetary allocation for the year 2020 and District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) budgetary allocation for the year 2022 to fund eligible payment for under listed projects within the Municipality. The Assembly now invite sealed bids from prospective bidders as indicated below:

- 1 Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.

b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
d) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
e) Valid Labour Certificate
f) Bid Security (as specified)
g) Evidence of registration with PPA
