Tender Description:: 1. The Tano North Municipal Assembly intends to use part of its District Assembly Common Fund-Response Factor Grant (DACF-RFG V) budgetary allocation for the year 2020 and District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) budgetary allocation for the year 2022 to fund eligible payment for under listed projects within the Municipality. The Assembly now invite sealed bids from prospective bidders as indicated below:
Procurement and Supply of 720 No. dual desks

Additional Information:: 3. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.
a) Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificates
b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
d) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
e) Valid Labour Certificate
f) Bid Security (as specified)
g) Evidence of registration with PPA
2. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 5th July, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
3. Tender Security: GHc2,000.00
4. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on 5th July, 2022.
