- 2. The Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of a saloon car.

- 1.A complete set of tender document may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application from Monday, 20th June, 2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) into Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University Internally Generated Fund Account Number 9040006169834 at any Stanbic Bank branch throughout the country and present a deposit slip at the Revenue Unit of the University or bankers draft in the name of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University.
2. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current renewed receipt)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Tender security of 2% of the total tender price with validity of 90 days after tender submission.
