Tender Name:: Drilling and Construction of 12No Boreholes Fitted with Hand Pump at Adom Nyame, Akwapim, Ofrikrom, Kojogyankrom, Nyamebekyere, Adiepena, Pewodie, Mensahkrom,Akwakor, Boakyekrom, Akrofuom.

Tender Description:: The Akrofuom District Assembly has received funds from the Central Government under the District Assemblies Common Fund- Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and District Assemblies Common Funds (DACF) and intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contracts for the procurement of works below:
Drilling and Construction of 12No Boreholes Fitted with Hand Pump at Adom Nyame, Akwapim, Ofrikrom, Kojogyankrom, Nyamebekyere, Adiepena, Pewodie, Mensahkrom, Akwakor, Boakyekrom, Akrofuom.

Additional Information:: (1) AKROFUOM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY invites contractors for these projects who have the following qualification requirements
(a) Valid Business Registration / Certificate of Incorporation
(b) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate
(d) Valid PPA Reg. Certificate or receipt
(e) Valid Labour certificate
(f) Valid Works & Housing Certificate (D3/ K3)
(g)) Valid Value Added Tax ((VAT)
2. BID SECURITY : 2%
3. Tender shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Tender opening. Tenderers must submit their tenders with the requirements above. Late submissions will be rejected. Tender will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who wish to attend at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 30th March, 2022 at the Assembly’s conference hall, Akrofoum.
