- The Ghana Health Service, Regional Health Directorates- Upper West Region , intends to apply part of its Regional Medical Stores Revolving Fund to payments under the contract for which this invitation for Tenders is issued for Procurement of Essential Medicines

- 1. All Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Valid Company's Registration Certificate
b. Current Valid IRS Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Current Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
e. A Tender Security of 2% of the total Tender Price
f. Valid Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate (Medicines only)
g. Valid PPA Certificate
h. Valid Food and Drugs Authority Certificates
2. Tenders will be valid for a period of Ninety(90) days and an additional days of Twenty-Eight (28) days after tender submission.
3. Tenders will be opened in he presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the conference hall of the Health Directed on Friday, 24th June, 2022 at 12 noon prompt
