- i. Tendering Shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) process as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, as well as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
ii. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum in the form of a Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank or from a Reputable Insurance Company currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission
iii. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following particulars:
• Tender Security
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Goods and Works)
• Valid Labour Certificate
• MRW&H Registration Certificate, K3D3
• Power of Attorney
• Company Registration Certificate
• Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
iv. Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenders/representatives who wish to attend at the Talensi District Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on WEDNESDAY 13TH JULY, 2022.
