Tender Name:: Refurbishment of the Offices at the Innternational Programmes Office at KNUST-Kumasi

Tender Description:: The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology , Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana has allocated Funds from its internally generated funds (IGF) to cover the cost of its development project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the project described below:
Refurbishment of the Offices at the International Programmes Office at KNUST-Kumasi

Additional Information:: 1. The Completed Tender documents must include:
a. Valid Business Registration
b. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate, D1, K1.
c. Valid SSNIT Certificate
d. Valid GRA Certificate
e. Valid Labour Certificate
f. Valid PPA Certificate
2. Tender documents and additional copies may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee as stated above, starting from 24th June. 2022 from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm during weekdays. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
2. Tender shall be valid for a period of 180 days after Tender opening and shall be accompanied by their required tender securities as stated
3. Tender Security: GHc150,00.00
4. Completed tenders shall be delivered and deposited in a tender Conference Room at Great Hall, KNUST, Kumasi not on Friday, 22nd July, 2022.
5. All tender payments should be made into KNUST No. 6031130000971 at Ghana Commercial Bank PLC
Pay-in-Slip should be sent to the Development Office for your official receipt

NB: IT MUST BE NOTED THAT PYHSICAL CASH PAYMENT OFFICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
