- Additional Information:
- i. The Mamprugu Moagduri District Assembly intends to apply part of its District Assembly’s Common Fund-Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the Construction of 1-No. 3-Unit Classroom Block, Toilet and Urinal at Nangrumah,
ii. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at the address stated above during normal working hours at the offices of the Head of District Works Department after payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 at the District Finance Office.
iii. Interested eligible Tenderers and Proponents shall be required to produce (1) Valid Works and Housing Certificate D3, K3 (If applicable) and above (2) Valid Labour Certificate (If applicable) (3) Valid Business Registration Certificate (Incorporation and Commencement) (4) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (5) Valid SSINT Clearance Certificate (6) Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Registration Certificate (7) Valid Vat Registration Certificate (If applicable) (8) MWH Classification and Above (9) Bid Security (Ghc)2,000.00. Further information may be obtained from the Works Department at Mamprugu Moagduri District Assembly
iv. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender securities from a recognized bank in the form of Bank Draft, certified cheque or Bank Guarantee or Bid Bonds from insurance firms currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission at the relevant amount stated above, or their equivalent in a convertible currency, and shall be delivered to the address specified above on or before 10:00 am on Tuesday, 12th July, 2022 at which time Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend at the Assembly Hall.
