- Additional Information:
- 1. The Nanumba North Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers for the supply of the above items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of Tender Document in English Language may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the Municipal Chief Executive of Nanumba North Municipal Assembly and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȻ300.00) only per lot, from 09:00hours-17:00hours GMT during working days.
3. Project Names and Lot Numbers must be indicated on the sealed envelopes and deposited into the tender box stationed at the Mini Conference Hall, Nanumba North Municipal
Assembly. Tenders shall be valid for a period of
120days after the deadline of tender submission.
4. Notwithstanding the general requirements stipulated in the Tender Document, the under-listed
requirements are expressly demanded:
a) Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
b) Valid MWRWH Certificate (D3K3 and above)
c) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
d) Valid Labour Certificate
e) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
f) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
g) Valid SSNIT Contribution Certificate and
h) Any other essential valid statutory documents that will be required as indicated in the tender documents.
5. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in presence of tenderers/representatives, who choose to attend at the Mini Conference Hall of Nanumba North Municipal Assembly on Wednesday, 20th July, 2022 at 10:00am prompt.
