Additional Information:: 3. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchase by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application addressed to:

A Complete set of Tender Document may be purchased at non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00).
4. Interested Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspection from Head of Works Department between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm each working hours from 22nd June 2022 to 20th JULY 2022
5. Completed Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ho West District Assembly Conference Room on or before 10:00am. (20TH JULY 2022).
6. Tenderers will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at Ho West District Assembly Conference Room at 10:00am prompt late Tenders will be rejected.
The following legal attachments are to be made available by all prospective Tenderers
1. Company Registration Certificate (Certificate of incorporation and certificate to commence business)
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (MWRWH) Classification-(D2K2) category) and above.
5. Labour Certificate
6. PPA Registration
