Tender Name:: Construction of ground floor of Atebubu-Amantin Divisional Police Head Quarters at New Kronkrompe

Tender Description:: The Atebubu Amantin Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its Budgetary DPAT V Allocation to finance eligible payments for the underlisted project:

Construction of ground floor of Atebubu-Amantin Divisional Police Head Quarters at New Kronkrompe

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act ,2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following information is required for eligible Tenderers:
i. Valid Registrar-General Certificate (With evidence of current renewed receipt)
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance certificate
iii. Valid Tax Clearance certificate
iv. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
v. Valid PPA Registration certificate
vi. Valid Labour Certificate

2. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tendering documents from the Procurement Unit of the Atebubu-Amantin Municipal Assembly from Monday ,27th June to Wednesday,20th of July, 2022 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily on official working days .A completed set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the Procurement Unit at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis(GH¢300.00).Tenderers shall bid for any or all the Lots.
3. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidder or their representatives who choose to attend at the Mini-Conference Hall, Atebubu-Amantin Municipal Assembly on 20th July,2022 at 10:00 am. Late submission shall be rejected.
