Tender Description:
The Zabzugu District Assembly has received budgetary allocation from Government of Ghana through Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development under the District Development Facility (DDF) and intends to apply part of the fund to payment for Goods whose requirements are indicated below.

Lot 5: Procure and supply 350No. Assortaed Dual Desk Furniture for 10No. Basic Schools

Tenders are to submit their completed bids with VALID:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (for works).
• Valid Labour Certificate (works)
• Works and Housing Certificate (D3 and K3) (works)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of the tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of amount stated in the table above for each lot. Late Tenderers will be rejected.
