- 2. The Upper West Regional Co-ordinating Council therefore invites sealed Tenders from contractors registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing in Category D3/K3 and above for the construction of the under-mentioned projects in Separate Lots:

- Bidders would be required to provide the following:
1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate;
2. Valid Internal Revenue Service Clearance Certificate;
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
4. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate;
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate;
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate.
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for 120 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission
