- 1. The Government of Ghana through the Community Health Nurses Training College (CHNTC) intends to apply part of its internal general fund (IGF) to fund eligible payment for the procurement of the underlisted goods.
2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitve Tendering procedures specified in the public procurement act ,2003(Act 663) as amended and open to all qualified tenderers as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority Of The Republic Of Ghana.
3. Tender documents may be purchase at the nonrefundable fee of (Ghc 300.00) from the Finance Unit during office hours from 08:00 to 16:30hrs GMT from Monday, 27th JUNE, 2022.
4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Conference Room of the Community Health Nurses Training College on or before 10:00am
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the total Tender price from an insurance company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements;
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Bid Bond in the amount and form stated in paragraph 2 above
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with receipt of renewal)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA (or evidence of bank receipt)
6. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
