Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended and in the guideline of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents;
1. SSNIT certificate,
2. Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Labour Certificate
4. VAT Certificate
5. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
6. Tender Security
7. Registrar General Certificate
8. Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH, D3, K3 or above)
9. Power of Attorney

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late tenders will not be accepted

A complete set of document in English may be inspected and purchased by Tenderers from the Procurement Unit (Room 22) from 8:30am to 4:30pm (local time) on the submission of a written application to the address provided below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis) at the Accounts Department (Room 7) of the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Assembly, Bibiani between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday. National holidays excluded.
