- The West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from the DACF-Responsive Factor Grant, to fund eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
The Assembly now invites Tenders from eligible Tenderers to provide all valid documents for the projects stated below:

- Additional Information:
- 1. Tender Security: 2% of the Contract Sum.
2. The Tender Security shall be valid for twenty-eight (28) days following the expiry date of the tender validity period.
3. Tenders shall be valid for Ninety (90) days after Tender opening.
4. Tender is opened to all Tenderers who are registered with Public Procurement Authority and the West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly.
5. Tenderers should have the following valid documents; SSNIT Certificate, Income tax, Labour Certificate and Bid security
